Mr. Jonathan Koester has assisted homebuyers in choosing the right mortgage for the last nine years. He first trained with Conseco Financial in 1999 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he gained extensive and valuable insight into the mortgage industry. Then, in 2000, Mr. Koester became a valued employee for Blue Water Mortgage, LLC.

Starting in March 2009 Mr. Koester has entered into a productive realationshiop with Envoy Mortgage who continues to grow and thrive in an increasingly difficult lending marketplace.

Envoy, like Mr. Koester, is committed to customer service, attention to detail and making sure folks are in the right mortgage product to suit their greatest needs.

Not only does Mr. Koester complete residential home loan transactions, but he is also qualified to finalize commercial, reverse mortgage, and other complex financial transactions and loans. The majority of his customers are referral based, coming from previous clients, realtors, and other local professionals. He has been an active member in his local chapter of Business Networking International for the past six years, where he currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer.

Jonathan and his wife Karen of 5 years are both active community volunteers and enjoy being with family, friends, and going on adventures.
